Despite Nintendo's own financial report claiming a 20% drop year over year, the Nintendo Switch continues to sell like hotcakes. The hybrid system has now surpassed the total sales of the PS4 in the United States, marking yet another significant achievement.
The Switch is now the fourth best-selling system in the United States, after the PlayStation 2, Xbox 360, and Nintendo's own Wii.

Nintendo expects another 21 million Switch sales in FY2023, so there's a good potential that sales in the United States will help the Switch climb even higher.
